SOS Parts offers Australia wide standard shipping at a flat fee of $9.95. 

Now offering Express shipping for $12.95 on certain products.

• We use Australia post and TNT as our main carriers.
• We can deliver to Post office boxes but some parcels cannot be delivered to Post office boxes so please provice street address as well if possible.
• Shipping times from our Freight carriers are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia.
• We are to committed to fast dispatch times and make every effort to make sure the parts listed on our website are avilable. 
• Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days i.e. Monday - Friday.
• In case an ordered part is not in stock we will order the part from the manufacturer within one business day
• In case an ordered item is no longer availaible or on backorder, we will contact you within 2 business days to notify you about any alternative parts or issue a full refund.
• Tracking code is provided with all our shipments however we cannot provide gurantee on freight times as we are fully reliant on Australia Post and other carriers.
• Delivery times are usually Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) between 7.00am - 5pm.
• You may add special delivery instructions as you place your order.
