Dispatch time ETA on the website is subject to Manufactuers availability.
In case an ordered item is no longer availaible or on backorder, we will contact you within 2 business days to notify you about any alternative parts or issue a full refund.
We use Australia post as our main freight carrier but occasionally we use Couriers Please and TNT depending on the size of the parcel.
Tracking code is provided with all our shipments however we cannot provide gurantee on freight times as we are fully reliant on Australia Post and other carriers.
