• We are to committed to fast dispatch times and make every effort to make sure the parts listed on our website are avilable.
• In case an ordered part is not in stock we will order the part from the manufacturer within one business day
• Dispatch time ETA on the website is subject to Manufactuers availability.
• In case an ordered item is no longer availaible or on backorder, we will contact you within 2 business days to notify you about any alternative parts or issue a full refund.
• We use Australia post as our main freight carrier but occasionally we use Couriers Please and TNT depending on the size of the parcel.
• Tracking code is provided with all our shipments however we cannot provide gurantee on freight times as we are fully reliant on Australia Post and other carriers.
• If you require express delievery please contact us, an additional fee may apply.
